How Much Will This Cost?

At BioClean NY, there is no set price. This is because we offer a wide variety of services for both residential and business clients. In addition, each job can differ based on a case-to-case basis. Some common factors that can affect price include type of mold, mold location, and the amount of mold. This means that the best way to get a price is to contact us today at (914) 292-7901 and receive a free estimate.  Below outlines prices for standard services, like air quality tests.

Our Prices

The minimum charge for an air-quality or "swab" test is $425 (plus tax). This includes 2-3 indoor samples and one outdoor control sampler.

If you need more than the standard 2-3 samples, it is an additional $75 per sample. Traditionally, 2-3 samples is enough but in some instanes 1-2 more maximum is necessary. 

In total, you can expect to pay between $375-$450 for air testing.
